Mrs. Barkley joined the staff of BCEI in 2002 as an engineering student intern. Upon graduation in 2003, she became a full-time engineer and has developed her project management skills to a high level of professionalism. She has served as project engineer on several high-profile Fortune 500 construction companies’ residential projects, both regionally and along the US Eastern Seaboard.
