Mr. Begue joined the firm in 2013, bringing with him over 10 years of experience in the field of civil engineering. Prior to joining BCEI, he was self-employed as a civil engineering consultant in the Big Bend area.
He provides the firm’s civil engineering component in support of its primary structural engineering function through site design and environmental, permitting and regulatory-review interface with the various state, county and local governmental agencies.
